Shipping Information

Your cards will ship to you depending on the method you chose when signing up. All of our cards are produced in the U.S. and shipped using the carrier FedEx (except for Canadian and Australian orders). 

If you have any questions regarding the status of your cards, please email us at info@eversnapapp.com.

Once your cards have shipped, you will receive a note with your tracking information from Fedex.

Included in your package, we provide complimentary 10 Business Day (Monday-Friday) Fedex United States Ground Shipping (only to US domestic addresses), beginning the next full business day after the date of purchase. 

My event is in less than a week, can I still get cards? 

Yes, you can probably still get cards. We would offer two options in this case.

7 Business Day US Shipping - $28
6 Business Day US Shipping - $55

Rush Processing - Normally our cards take 1-2 Business Days after the day of purchase to process the instruction cards. Our cards are sent to our cards provider and they process and ship the cards accordingly. 
 
Please call us at 1-888-613-7627 to see if we can process your cards sooner. For the cards to be shipped the next Business day, they must be processed by 4 pm Pacific Time the day before.

**For example, if it is Tuesday afternoon at 1 pm Pacific Time and you purchase your package & place your photo for your cards, you would still need to let us know that you want them rush processed by 4 pm Pacific Time of that day to have them printed the next day.
