Possibly. This will depend on how much of a change is being requested. Generally, we will not be able to guarantee the same photographer if you reduce the time because we pair events based on availability, location and best fit (i.e. expertise). For example, if an event is requested to change from 3 hours to 1 Hour, this would not be fair to our team if they are traveling from a distance for a much shorter event. If you increase the amount of hours, this will also vary based on the photographer's schedule.
How to Request a Change of your Event Booking Time
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your email you booked under and what time you would like to change to. Please include the email you booked under, your name and the current time it is currently.
2) We will review it and if will get back to you within 24 business hours if we can or cannot change the time of the booking.
