What's the difference between an album title and an album code?

Last Updated: Sep 09, 2016 04:03PM PDT
The album title is the name for the collection of pictures. These names are usually "Eversnap's Birthday" or "Eversnap's Wedding" or "Eversnap's Summer Party." Anybody viewing the album can see the album title, unless the album has been hidden with the "super secret" privacy setting.

The album code is a unique password for members to join the album. Album codes are a single word, made up of letters and/or numbers. If you do not set an album code, it is automatically generated to be a series of random letter and numbers.

While you can have two album titles that have the same name, you cannot have two albums with the same album code. Therefore, if you created a free album with an album code you want to use for a paid album, you must email info@geteversnap.com to change it.
